Happy Independence Day. Today should be used to remember the throwing off of the chains of oppression. Today should remind us that we are in this together, and that division will only bring us ruin. When watching fireworks, remember that we are a nation born oot of an love of freedom and personal liberty, and the responsibility that comes with that. I find that grilling meat, drinking cold beverages, and enjoying the company of friends and family really helps me remember what’s important in life.
